Today we talked first about this lady, her name is Sally Ride and she is the first woman to went up in the space! She had 4 degrees when she read the newspaper and found an advertisement for an astronaut program by the NASA! 35 five people were selected from 8000 and Sally was one of them! Lately she has written books for children and created foundations for women to pursue studies in math, science and technology!HAPPY BIRTHDAY Sally!
