May 26th ENGLISH CLASS level 6

Today we talked first about this lady, her name is Sally Ride and she is the first woman to went up in the space! She had 4 degrees when she read the newspaper and found an advertisement for an astronaut program by the NASA! 35 five people were selected from 8000 and Sally was one of them! Lately she has written books for children and created foundations for women to pursue studies in math, science and technology!

What were you doing 10 years ago?
10 years ago I was in Santa Barbara del Zulia, studying 3rd grade at the Madre Emilia's primary school! I remember that I played a lot with my sister and cousins, at my grandmother's house! We loved playing Hide and Seek, we also used to dance a lot, especially Backstreet Boys songs! At 1998 I loved Spice Girls and Britney Spears.. They were my idols!
5 things you have to do today:Today, I have to study for 3 exams..., make lunch, Go to the community service, and watch LOST =)
Snacks I enjoy… I love cereal bars and fruits =)
Things I would do if I were a billionaire: I would buy 3 houses, one for me and the other 2 for my brothers, I would give money to my dad and mom, help some foundations for children, and travel around the world

Maybe study too much and not go out for weeks..

Our first day!

They are my English classmates =) Their names are: Luisi, Jaime, Luis, Mariangely and Eucaris! We study different careers, and have many different hobbies like: go out with friends. go to the movies, play guitar, cooking, reading and other stuff! Most of us live in Maracaibo but Mariangely lives in a near city.. We had a great first day of English level 6!

I’m Claudia Sudano but you can call me Clau, I was born in Mérida. I live in Maracaibo, in Viento Norte. I’m 17 years old and I study industrial engineering at URBE. I’m in level 6 of English.
I love music, dancing, watching soccer games! My favourite soccer teams are Real Madrid, AC Milan and Chelsea! I like going out with my friends, go to the movies, watch TV series and read!

I hate lies, cooking and rainy days.

My dream is to graduate from college, be a great engineer, get married, have children, travel around the world, help other people and have a good life.

About English, I like it very much. It’s very interesting. Is easy to learn and I think is very important for my education.
