The difference between Anime and Cartoons

I have read a number of articles and opinions about the difference between the two of them. There are many differences, but I think the most important are: First of all, Animes are originally from Japan. Cartoons are typically from USA (but they can be made in another country).

Second: The drawing are distincts, Animes have lines and shapes very defined and clear, they try to be descriptive with the characteristics of the characters, instead Cartoons are made with simple drawings.

Third: The themes- Cartoons are directed to the children and most of the time they will be funny. Animes have an history to tell to the public. Besides, the chapters of animes are related; they are coherent. In the Cartoons, every chapter is about a new theme.

I think the difference between Animes and Cartoons is very marked, when I see and Anime I can say quickly is not a Cartoon. I watch more Cartoons than Animes, but Animes are very interesting. My favorite Anime is Dragon Ball Z, and the cartoon that I love is The Powerpuff Girls.

Environment!

I think that the worst issue with our environment in this times is Global Warming, we don´t see the consequences of this very fast.. But the reality is that our planet and the human specie is in DANGER! Many people says is a lie, and they don't care about it! I believe it is all true.. because there are no explanations to all the events happened recently in the world! We have to inform us by searching some information on the Internet, the newspaper, magazines,etc... And the most important we have to help to stop global warming! Our planet is screaming for help and we are not listening! So please put your little contribution and then there will be a mountain of them! Some options in order to help are:

1)Cut back on our driving, try carpooling or public transportation.
2)Another way to save the environment is to recycle.
3)Cut back down the effects of carbon dioxide by: keeping your car up to emissions standards.
4)Disconnecting all the electronic devices you are not using
